Ingredients: Coriander, Toor Dhal, Cumin, Chili, Asafoetida, Pepper, Mustard, Turmeric, Salt, Curry leaf, Refined Groundnut Oil.
Taste: Rasam powder is a basic ingredient to make Rasam, an authentic soup and a signature recipe that is prepared in a South Indian way. Traditionally prepared using tamarind juice as a base, with the addition of various condiments as seasonings. Steamed Toor Dal is added along with any preferred vegetables.
